A BERNINA Day

Jo, Erika and Alice; the BERNINA USA Social Media trio!

I spent all of yesterday at BERNINA USA headquarters with my Social Media teammates, Jo and Alice. We work together every day to make sure the BERNINA USA social media channels run smoothly, but it's not often that we're all in the same room (or even the same state) together.

And just to make sure the day wasn't all work and no play, after our all day social media huddle we visited the Naperville Modern Quilt Guild's regular monthly meeting at Gentler Times Stitching - where we showed up just in time for show and tell! My favorite part of any quilt guild meeting, I love to see what other folks are stitching together. Thanks so much to Cheryl and all the ladies at the NMQG for making us feel welcome and for sharing with us!

I even bought myself a little souvenir for myself from Gentler Times...

I have no idea what I'm going to make with it - but I still have one project in the works and two baby quilts to stitch up BEFORE I can make anything else! Speaking of cassette tapes, I have been pinning totally rad Perler bead cassettes at my Pinterest Craft board, and want to sit down to make some of these, too.

And so my project pile grows bigger! Funny how that happens...
