Scared to Sew with Denim?

If you are new to using a sewing machine, making something with a thick denim fabric might seem impossible. Especially when a first try results in a broken needle, crooked seams, or skipped stitches. Much of the success in sewing with a specialty fabric like thick denim is knowing what tools and techniques will make the job of sewing easier.
