The Sunrise Baby Quilt Sew-along!

Sunrise II Front

I am thrilled to announce that my Sunrise Baby Quilt project will become the first ever WeAllSew.com Sew-along! Whoa, no way!

Starting next week (don't worry, we're starting after QuiltCon) we're sharing all the instructions in weekly installments to create your very own Sunrise Baby Quilt. Not only will you learn about the technique used to create the "sunrays" in this quilt, but we'll also be sharing some great quilting tips along the way - and each week's lesson will be offered in a downloadable file so you can save it for later.

Oh! And not only will there be an opportunity for you to share your finished Sunrise quilt with us (because I can't wait to see what you sew) but there will be a chance to win prizes!

Click over to WeAllSew.com to read about the Sew-along and get all the details about the first installment of project instructions.

I'm frantically packing and going over all the last-minute details for QuiltCon today - so insanely excited I can hardly keep myself contained! Only a few more things to pack and I can attempt to close my suitcase and set it aside for tomorrow's trip. I am travelling without my laptop this time around - I took the time off of work and am happy to have a mini-vacation. For those of you also heading to QuiltCon, safe travels and I am looking forward to meeting you there.

Happy stitching!
