Snowed In!
We're all waking up and digging out.
Although our street was plowed throughout the night, we still have about 6" in the road this morning. My neighbor is plowing a path through the street.
Our little house has a huge drift of snow all the way up to the front door. The snow at the end of the driveway is 3 feet high.
This is our driveway looking out to the street.
And this is my snowy office window, my view out to the cold and snowy day.

PuNk rAwK pUrL - Thanks! And snow can be fun! We wrapped our tot in her puffy pink snowsuit for a romp ouside, and she immediately started picking up chunks of snow and whipping them at us - laughing the whole time!
It is so crazy, we are finally dug out and it's 2:30 Chicago time! The wind made the snowfall kind of random and kicked up some giant snowdrifts. We ended up with about 6" snow in the front yard, but our entire back yard is full to the top of the fence with 3' of snow. It will take forever to melt this spring!
That last picture looks like a ghost howling like the wind from last night. Hope you guys are finally civilization accessible.
