How to Make Fabric Fall Leaf Decor

I made a bunch of scrap fabric fall leaves a few weeks ago based on six different leaf shapes we can find in our neighborhood. They were fun to make, especially the part where I got to pull a bunch of fall colors out of my scrap bins. With a whole pile of these finished, I looked for ways to decorate with them in our home.

They make a really cute garland that can hang inside or out (pictured above).

They also make a cozy trivet, the perfect size to hold a hot tea kettle.

And they make a fun table runner, or you can just scatter some spare leaves around too.

I am sharing free, downloadable templates to make six different kinds of fabric fall leaves, plus instructions for turning your leaves into a garland, trivet, or table runner RIGHT HERE! I hope you enjoy the freebie fall leaves. Cheers!
